Today we’re joined by Maude Brick-Heslin, who runs one of the country’s most unique pubs, Tig Bhric, just outside Dingle, Co. Kerry.
Following in her parents’ footsteps, Maude is putting her own stamp on the pub and the local area, while also continuing the family’s brewing tradition through West Kerry Brewery.
