Today we’re joined by Tom Murray, a classically trained chef through École Ducasse in Paris, originally from Marino in Dublin.
In just three years, Tom has built an Instagram following of 247k @bitta_banging through constant engagement and activity, held pop-ups in kitchens across 11 countries including London, New York and Shanghai, and helped consult on the new MORSO sandwich shop menu in Dublin — all while keeping his time and experience in the kitchen as the main priority.
